Permit Description: To improve home security, a new taller steel gate is proposed. Gate to match height of adjacent neighboring gate. Scope to include a low planting box as well as a moveable trash enclosure. Similar steel gates are across the street on 9th avenue. The work does not impact a right-of-way. A structural engineer has been retained by the Owner to provide structural design and engineering.
