(CE-VIO0423-03054) I checked the City of Tucson residential permit website to find out if I needed a permit to replace the fencing around my property. I did not realize I needed to submit a work plan, as explained by inspector Gerald Goodman. Not realizing this, the fence has been replaced and it is 6'3" high on the east, south and west sides of my home and the front is 5' high. I had to replace the fence as it was over 40 years old and badly damaged.
