The following corrective actions are proposed: Removal of Existing Scupper Carefully detach and remove the failing scupper assembly serving the roof drainage above Unit 1020. Substrate and Envelope Repair Inspect the surrounding area for water damage. Repair and seal the scupper opening and adjacent wall/roof interface to restore the building envelope. Perform necessary stucco repair to return the surface to proper condition. Installation of New Scupper Install a new scupper assembly in the same location. Perform a full three-course application and seal all contact points in and around the scupper to create a continuous waterproof barrier. Finishing Work Apply exterior paint to match the existing building finish. Final seal of the scupper and surrounding repair area to ensure long-term waterproofing. Purpose of Work These repairs are intended to prevent ongoing and future water intrusion into Unit 1020 by restoring the integrity of the roof drainage system and the exterior wall assembly.
