-We will dig up approx. 15' from the meter in the backyard of unit #1 to the back (exterior) wall of the building. We will install new 1" P.P pipe with tracer wire and steel risers. We will install new 1/4 turn isolation valve at the building. We will then run steel pipe up to the roof. We will run new 1" steel pipe approx. 70". We will install tee to supply the furnace and then run 3/4" pipe to the furnace and down the exterior wall for the water heater. We will install new 1/4 turn gas valve and gas flex supply lines for the water and the furnace. Also install sediment taps on the water heater and furnace. We will install bonding wire between the gas pipe and the cold-water lin. We will install carbon monoxide detector in the home. WE will place gas line on 15psi pressure test and schedule inspection. After inspection we will back fill trench. Re-pipe is for Unit #4.
