Description:
Our goal is to remove the existing evaporative cooler and replace it with a heat pump package unit. The only structural changes in this job is to cut a 14 inch hole in the roof and a 20x20 square hole in the hallway ceiling for the new return flex duct. A heat pump unit and a curb will be installed where the evaporative cooler is currently. For the electrical, we are tapping into the old swamp cooler disconnect for the new HVAC disconnect. We will be rewiring the old evaporative cooker disconnect for 240v and adding a 30 amp 2 pull breaker.
