Ordinance floodplain, and erosion hazard setback as part of the Alamo Watershed (TSMS GC) a balanced basin management area, (panel 2301 L, reference area: LOMR Case #: 20-09-2061P effective 15MAR21), specifically described as: a portion of City public right-of-way, along Bellevue Street in the Alamo Wash within T14S R14E Section 1, in Ward 6,for purpose of installing conduit for 4-inch gas main under the dip crossing and watercourse (with associated bore pits outside of the floodplain) for Southwest Gas facilities.Applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and is particularly bound by conditions stated below. Violation of any of these conditions, as determined by City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other permits or requirements contained in Tucson City Code, Unified Development Code, or any other Federal, State, County, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. This permit becomes invalid and is subject to additional floodplain review, if any development changes construction of the underground utility infrastructure, or, if there is any further disturbance within City of Tucson floodplain or erosion hazard setback other than that outlined in this application.
