1. UDC:
A. Obtain developer permission for the signage proposed - provide written permission.
B. On Sheet 2 site plan sheet - Dimension the length of each street front property line for just the hotel use along both South Kino and E Tucson Marketplace Blvd. (i.e. north boundary to corner of intersection, then from that point west to the driveway entry. The allowed sign area is 3 square feet per each linear foot of the dimensioned lot line area.
C. All wall signs are boxed in a manner that uses a tremendous amount of negative space. Box the signage such that each line is separate and update the permit application - and on the plans dimension each sign and provide revised sign area next to each sign (i.e. Springhill Suites is sign A, then By Marriott is Sign B, for example for south elevation sheet ).

2. NEC / OLC: all signs; each page of plan set- add notes as follows:
A. Add Note with location of timer within the building for inspection purposes.
B. Add note with the location of breaker panel within the building
C. Add note all signs and power supply components are UL listed
D. Add note that all signs shall have UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker located on the exterior of the sign for inspections
E. Add note all dedicated sign circuits shall be labeled
F. Add note "24 hour operational business, timer provided but is not subject to midnight curfew"
G. Add notes that a lock out will be provided for each sign

3. IBC:
A. List type of metal these letter are made of.
B. Add note with the size of the lag bolt (i.e. length / diameter) and typical number per letter - this bolt should be significant due to the height off the ground for these letters.

4. NOTE ON PLANS THAT ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO EACH SIGN FOR INSPECTIONS
