1. The wall signs are all ready to be approved. Separate the monument sign off this application - take it off the plans and the permit application - and resubmit just the wall signs to get this permit processed ASAP.

2. NONE of the monument sign comments were even addressed from the last submittal and review 2/22/23. This is the 5th review. And, this resubmittal did not have the sign and site plan on it. AGAIN - to help your team move forward with this, separate the wall sign package from the freestanding sign package and submit separately. Ensure you have a site plan in the freestanding sign package with a minimum setback of 20' for the monument sign from the street curb.
