1. Proposal requires historic review.
A) Due to historic elements on the building, recommend to reposition sign away from building corbel, at max height of 20' above grade.

2. Projecting sign cannot extend aerially over right of way without a temporary revocable easement (TRE). Should historic review be approved, TRE referral will be sent to City Real Estate, who will contact you with an application.

3. Timer to be set to curfew of 12 a.m., or when use closes

4. Mounting:
A) declare any field welds and associated special inspection form

5) Provide historic review application to proceed with Minor Historic Review. Fee will be $126.50

2. Projecting sign cannot extend aerially over right of way without a temporary revocable easement (TRE).

3. Provide electrical details.

4. Provide detailed mounting and be prepared on showing penetrations between mortar only, and or other attachment method so as not to work with historic preservation of the building (on National Register).
