Sign area is ok, max extenion from building is 5' - sign is within that. 2. Projecting sign cannot extend aerially over right of way without a temporary revocable easement (TRE). 3. Provide electrical details. 4. Provide detailed mounting and be prepared on showing penetrations between mortar only, and or other attachment method so as not to work with historic preservation of the building (on National Register).
