We also requested that the actual field reports be submitted along with the Special Inspection Certificate form. As a courtesy, we will accept this Special Inspection Certificate signed by Mr. Eppers this time around. NOTE: We reserve the right to deny and not accept future reports from Mr. Eppers should he at that time still not on a list of approved special inspectors from a jurisdiction such as Phoenix, Oro Valley or Pima County.
