Made contact with the contractor (Frugal) who stated that the condition of the plates over the bellholes on sb Euclid made for an unsafe condition. I agreed on the condition that the contractor provide MUTCD compliant advanced warning signs on 19th prohibiting left and right turns onto sb Euclid. Will follow up with Mike Bravin to let him know permit is active again. |
