10/27/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Bravin Approved new sidewalk, driveways and handicapped ramps are complete. The layout was done with myself concrete foreman. the existing 4 foot opening of the curb radius was left in place with the approval of David Stiffey. New openings should be 5 foot. forms were set on 10/18/18, compaction was done and approved on 10/19/16 and concrete was placed on 10/20/16. No issues and area is complete.
