New openings should be 5 foot. forms were set on 10/18/18, compaction was done and approved on 10/19/16 and concrete was placed on 10/20/16. No issues and area is complete.
10/03/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Correction Required no work on sidewalks or ramps, permit has expired. Contractor notified
09/14/2016 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Correction Required drieway aprons added on calle de romy per city standards, sidewalk, driveway and bus pad poured at 4056 E. Glenn. all layout, grades, concrete and bus pad placement approved. Permit has expired and needs to be renewed to finish work along Glenn and Calle de romy.
