05/09/2014 a. The Contractor must obtain an Excavation and Barricading Permits from the City of Tucson Transportation Engineering Division prior to any work in the City Public right-of-ways. b. The Contractor must meet with the City's right-of-way inspector prior to any work in the public right-of-way. c. All backfill, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, above the utility shading shall be conducted in accordance to the City of Tucson Transportation Standard Details, Specifications, and as directed by the City of Tucson right-of-way Inspector and City Engineer. d. All pavement patching, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, shall be conducted in accordance to the City of Tucson Transportation Standard Details, Specifications, and as directed by the City of Tucson right-of-way Inspector and City Engineer. e. In accordance to the City of Tucson Standards, pavement patching shall be warrantied for 5-years, pavement patch's failing within this period shall be repaired/replaced at no cost to the City of Tucson.
