This will be reviewed by Transportation to determine if these poles are available. Provide start date for installation. Provide duration date. 60 days for special events or annual permit for continuous events. Provide construction specifications for the banner attachment to the poles. (Manufacturer specifications commonly used.) Such details should specify manufacturer and duration/life span of attachments such as 1 year, 5 year replacements are required. Provide elevation view - dimension banners to match application - and notation or elevation diagram to comply with 10' minimum clearance to bottom of each banner.
