03/26/2013 FIRE - ALARM FINAL N/A Denied Letter from a Mr. Nick F. Cajero (registered plant architect for Raytheon) stating the following: "There were no modifications made to the fire alarm system in this project." After finishing the final C of O inspection found a new wall was added and they move a pull station and a horn/strobe on the new wall, the FACP shows a trouble on it, a new conference room was made with no horn or strobe installed. Called and talked to Mr. Cajero advised him they will need a plan and permit for the alarm work and to install a horn or strobe per the NFPA 72 requirements.
