The security gate for main exit door must be locked in the open position at all times when the building is occupied. 6.) Must provide directional exit signs leading to the main exit door from main floor. 7.) Need a directional exit sign over opening of the passage way from the back storage/restroom area to main exit door. 8.) Portable fire extinguishers must be serviced annually. 9.) Portable fire extinguishers must be labled, readily visible and readily accessable. 10.) Accumulation of combustble storage must be orderly. 11.) Open-end wiring is prohibited. All electrical must meet electrical code requirememnts. 12.) Passage door on the south end is hard to open. Door must be readily openinable. Warehouse #3 1.)
