Extension cords are to be for temporary use only. 3.) Remove the keyed lock from the rear exit door and replace with a thumb-turn lock. 4.) Wiring located on the doorway floor between the two offices must be protected. Warehouse #1 1.) Repair damage on door. Door must be readily openable at all times without the use of special effort or special knowledge. 2.) Must remove the pad lock mounted on the exterior side of the front door. 3.) If the exit door can not be seen from any place in the building directional exit signs leading to the exit must be provided. Warehouse #5 1.) Need annual sprinkler inspection report. 2.) Need 5 yr. internal check valve inspection report. 3.) Need annual fire alarm system inspection report.(tamper/waterflow) 4.) Repair/replace all damaged/missing ceiling tiles. 5.) The security gate for main exit door must be locked in the open position at all times when the building is occupied. 6.) Must provide directional exit signs leading to the main exit door from main floor. 7.) Need a directional exit sign over opening of the passage way from the back storage/restroom area to main exit door. 8.) Portable fire extinguishers must be serviced annually. 9.) Portable fire extinguishers must be labled, readily visible and readily accessable. 10.) Accumulation of combustble storage must be orderly. 11.) Open-end wiring is prohibited. All electrical must meet electrical code requirememnts. 12.) Passage door on the south end is hard to open. Door must be readily openinable. Warehouse #3 1.) Need annual fire sprinkler inspection report. 2.) Need 5yr. internal check valve inspection report. 3.) Need annual fire alarm inspection report. 4.) Repair all openings on walls to prevent the passage of smoke or fire.
