Replace the keyed lock with a thumb-turn lock on the exterior double-doors located north of the three rool-up doors. 8.) Portable extinghuishers need annual inspection and servicing. 9.) Replace all missing cover plates. 10.) West bay. secure open end wiring. 11.) Limit accumulation of storage material in warehouse area. 12.) All storage material must be orderly and must not obstruct or impede the exit pathway. 13.) Need directional exit signs in the warehous and shop area. 14.) Need cover plates for open j-boxes 3rd level. 15.) Need cover for ballast light. 16.) Provide "NO SMOKING " SIGNS in the shop area. 17.) HOT WORKS area must be clear of comustibles during operations or welding shield must be provided. 18.) Need a portable fire extinguished when doing Hot Work. 19.) SW door in the shop area needs a sign reading, NOT AN EXIT, on the inside and DOOR BLOCKED,(4-6 inche letters) on the out side. 20.) Need the updated annual sprinkler report. 21.) Need the updated 5 year check valve inspection report. 22.) Need to secure the butterfly valve on the sprinkler riser (chain) 23.) All exits must have a clear and unobstructed path. 24.) Need breaker blanks for the two electrical panels. 25.) Replace the painted sprinkler heads located in small storage room. 26.) The exit door at the end of the stair way is hard to open.
