6.) Secure gas cylinders.
7.) All permanent electrical wiring shall be installed according to the electrical code.

16.) Repair emergency back-up lights.
17.) Remove security bar from rear exit door.
18.) Panic hardware is required for all doors in all "A" class occupancy businesses having an occupant load of over 300. Your occupant load is 437.
19.) Double doors to the west are hard to open. Must open readily.
20.) Need plans and permit for addition of the wall creating the small storage area.
21.) Addition of small storage area created a violation with sprinkler head position requirements. You shall provide plans and permits to comply with requirements or remove the wall. Demolition permit required.
22.) Provide annual sprinkler inspection report.
23.) Provide 5 yr. check valve inspection report.
24.) Double-cylinder locks on bathroom doors shall be removed.
