03/06/2009 FIRE - FINAL Denied Many of the corrections were not made. Items from prior list complied with are #4, 5a, 5b, 11a, 13, 20, 21and # 24. Other corrections required have been added. Numbering continues from prior list.
25.) Must make the SW door on main floor readily accessable for exiting. It is the 2nd. required exit.
26.) Middle double doors must open readily or must remove all hardware. Door must not appear like or resemble a door.
28.) Provide a sign on the exterior side of door reading "DOOR BLOCKED" if removing hardware.

18.) Panic hardware is required for all doors in all "A" class occupancy businesses having an occupant load of over 300. Your occupant load is 437.
19.) Double doors to the west are hard to open. Must open readily.
20.) Need plans and permit for addition of the wall creating the small storage area.
21.) Addition of small storage area created a violation with sprinkler head position requirements. You shall provide plans and permits to comply with requirements or remove the wall. Demolition permit required.
