03/27/2008 | The following 19 conditions apply to permit T08BU00035: 1) This grading plan and SWPPP are for the north parking area improvements only. 2) For inspection purposes, please fill out the enclosed "AZPDES - Posting Requirements" green sheet, and post at construction entrance of the site at beginning of construction activities and maintain this posted document throughout project construction. 3) A copy of the NOI, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Grading Plan and Grading Permit shall be kept at the site at all times, until final grading approval. 4) Provide completed NOI per new requirements prior to scheduling Pre-con or beginning work. 5) The operator signatures must be provided for the operators statement on the site copy of the SWPPP at or before commencement of construction. |

Location of temporary material or vehicle staging / stockpile area shall be placed within grading limits and not located in any water harvesting or basin areas. 9) Any drain rock material that is placed along the base of the silt fence shall not obstruct or divert stormwater flow. If drain rock is not used with silt fence, then earthen material shall only be backfilled against silt fence at grade to allow maintenance of flow pattern. |
03/27/2008 | 10) There shall be no disturbance outside of the disturbance/grading limits, and no grading shall begin until all required SWPPP controls are installed. 11) Truncated domes are required for any access ramps per ADAAG. 12) Contact Permits and Codes (791-5100) for any questions regarding any right-of-way permit requirements. 13) Separate building permit applications are required for any walls. 14) Any revision to the Grading Plan may require a re-submittal of a revised grading plan for review. Contact DSD Engineering to discuss changes in grading design. 15) If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date of the grading permit, contact DSD to renew/extend the Grading Permit. If Final Grading Inspection has not been completed before the Grading Permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required. |
03/27/2008 | 16) Prior to final approval, as-builts are required with the letters of completion for overall project. 17) Prior to request for final inspection approval, any outstanding fees shall be paid. 18) The permitee shall notify the DSD when the grading operation is ready for final grading inspection. Final grading approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all drainage improvements, including any scuppers, and their permanent protective devices, and all erosion control measures have been completed, and all conditions of permit are completed. 19) Prior to request for final grading inspection approval, all permanent erosion control improvements shall be installed and accepted by DSD including rock / established revegetation for all disturbed areas if not improved as per approved plan. |
