Final approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of any drainage improvements and their permanent protective devices, and all erosion control measures have been completed in accordance with the approved plan and permit, and all conditions of permit are completed. (3) Contact Permits and Codes (791-5100) for any questions regarding any right-of-way permit requirements. (4) Minimum 2' setback from property line to disturbance limits shall be maintained.
