If any portion of the curb extends into the public right of way approval from TDOT is required and a revised grading plan will be needed. Nichole will require the As-Built prior to Final Inspection. I have copied her on this email so that she will have the .pdf files for her records. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Nichole or I for further clarification.
