Placita Estrella APPLICANT: Tom Weninger The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson property described as (legal description): Estrella Heights Lot 2 1. This permit is for the purpose of a Manufactured Home installation within a City of Tucson Flood Hazard area. 2. The proposed structure is impacted by the regulatory floodplain. For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2337.2 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2338.2 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) The bottom structural member and all attached equipment of the manufactured home must be elevated to the Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE). All service utilities, machinery, equipment (i.e. furnaces, water heaters, heat pumps, air conditioners and their associated equipment, including all electrical equipment), must be elevated to the Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE). An Elevation Certificate completed and certified by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor or Arizona Registered Professional Civil Engineer must be returned to Development Services Department, Engineering Division, on the first floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 N. Stone Avenue prior to the electrical inspection. 3. Any additional improvements, including block walls, fences or pools, will require a separate Floodplain Use Permit prior to construction. |
