11/14/2003 November 17, 2003 FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT NO. T03OT02000 ADDRESS: 1151 E. Hermans Road PROPERTY OWNER: Tucson Airport Authority The following conditions apply to this permit: 1) All work shall conform to the approved Improvement Plans - Development Services Department grading permit activity # T03BU02421. 2) The existing drainage patterns at the property lines shall not be obstructed. 3) Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "CONSTRUCTION PROCEEDING UNDER REQUIREMENTS OF CITY OF TUCSON FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT # T03OT02000. FOR INFORMATION PLEASE CALL 791-5550." 4) Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. Approval and issuance of this floodplain use permit does not include structural review/approval of the free span bridge. Please note that the bridge abutments appear to be prone to erosion. This office recommends appropriate erosion protection measures. Please ensure any plan revisions or changes are submitted for separate floodplain review, approval and permit issuance.
