Stratford Dr. Tucson, AZ (16) PROPERTY OWNER'S NAME: Dennis Mutschler The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the flood hazard area in the City of Tucson, Arizona, on the property described as: BROADMOOR LOT 7 BLK 3 For the purpose of constructing a guesthouse, as shown on the attached site plan. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Area regulations (Chapter 26, Tucson Code), and is particularly bound by the conditions stated below. The following conditions apply to this permit: 1) All work shall conform to the attached Site Plan and drainage statement prepared by Patterson Hydrology Drainage Engineering, Inc., which are made a part of this permit. 2) Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "CONSTRUCTION PROCEEDING UNDER REQUIREMENTS OF CITY OF TUCSON FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT # T03OT01560. FOR INFORMATION PLEASE CALL 791-5550." 3) The lowest floor of the building at the property under this permit shall be placed upon a dirt, concrete, or similar type solid pad to a minimum Floor Elevation of 2462.7 National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD 1929). All portions of the attached Elevation Certificate shall be totally complete and certified by a State-Registered Land Surveyor. Upon completion of construction of the lowest floor, the completed, signed and sealed elevation certificate shall be submitted to Engineering Division-Development Services Department on the 1st floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 North Stone Avenue, Tucson Arizona 85726. 4) Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 5) This permit becomes invalid and is subject to additional floodplain review, if any changes occur that affects the configuration of the structure and/or site development. The applicant is authorized by the City Engineer to receive a floodplain use permit subject to the above referenced conditions and restrictions. A HOLD WILL BE PLACED ON THE FINAL INSPECTION UNTIL THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE.
