For a DSD Engineering Inspection, call IVR (740-6970), or schedule with a Customer Service Representative at the Development Services Department, or contact DSD Engineering at 791-5550 extension 2101, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html b) For inspection purposes, please fill out the enclosed "AZPDES - Posting Requirements" green sheet, and post at construction entrance of the site at beginning of construction activities and maintain this posted document throughout project construction. c) A Geotechnical Engineering inspection will be required prior to final grading inspection if any cut slopes steeper than 2:1(H:V) are constructed, per September 17, 2004 Rock Slope Evaluation Geotechnical Letter by LMT. Special Inspection would be required by Geotechnical Engineer for 1:1(H:V) slopes, or any slopes steeper than 2:1(H:V).
