*Complete - Added to Utility Clearance Report* - - Had a minor fire in backyard, no structural damage or electrical damage was done but at time of fire TEP turned of my power. Recently spoke with Sam Slaiwa City Of Tucson Inspector & he said since there was no actual damage that I could get my electric turned back on without a permit but TEP is saying I still need a permit. I have messages between Sam Slaiwa City Of Tucson Inspector stating he tried to contact TEP to get it turned back on without permits but TEP stated I still needed permits. Sam also said my electric should have never been shut off but he didn’t arrive to the scene till after TEP had already disconnected it. - -
