Recently spoke with Sam Slaiwa City Of Tucson Inspector & he said since there was no actual damage that I could get my electric turned back on without a permit but TEP is saying I still need a permit. I have messages between Sam Slaiwa City Of Tucson Inspector stating he tried to contact TEP to get it turned back on without permits but TEP stated I still needed permits. Sam also said my electric should have never been shut off but he didn’t arrive to the scene till after TEP had already disconnected it. - - |
