| 09/27/2024 | Final inspection to ensure all landscape and water harvesting SITE | N/A | Partial Pass | I met with the property owner for this site and looked at the water harvesting, which appears to be done per the approved plans. It is partial past at this time. The following areas have not been constructed per the approved plans and will need to be either revised in the drawings to be removed or will need to be constructed the approved plans. 1) a sidewalk lead from the cul-de-sac into the property, has not been constructed and needs to be completed as shown on the approved plans. 2) concrete noted at the east end of the building has not been installed as shown on the approve plans but replaced with asphalt revisions will need to be done or will need to be completed. 3) The handicap parking space and access is slightly modified in regards to location on the plans, but appears to be to meet slope and grade for those areas. Crosswalk coming into the building has an issue where it comes across a new concrete ramp for vehicles that is over 6%, which would require that the pedestrian pathway has handrails. 4) An additional rap has been provided on the north side of the property through an access gate that is not shown on the approved plans. The revised drawings need to include this area as an as built in the final revision stage. 5) the trash enclosure for this site has not been constructed per the approved plans currently they only have a slab on grade and four bollards no walls of any type and no gates. I have advised the owner that this has to be completed as shown on the approved plans or he has to provide revise drawings, that indicate it is being removed is being modified to a different type of structure that is not a CMU block wall. |
