04/20/2026 SITE - SWPPP Violation Notice N/A Failed Sidewalk Scuppers in the this Phase are not being protected with best management practices. SWPPP calls for wattle to be placed at sidewalk scupper inlets to prevent sedimentation but scuppers in construction areas are either completely open or partially open. The wattle that is in place is no longer functioning properly.

These scuppers are not protected sufficiently:
Scupper between lot 15-14.
Scupper south of 180. Scuppers between lots 186-187, 169-170, 148-149, 133-134 and 112-113.
