04/23/2026 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Failed Filter socks are in place weighted with gravel bags in most of the scupper inlets.
Two of the Inlets have an equivalent product ERTEC curb inlet guards but they are installed incorrectly. These inlets are Between lots 112 and 113- and 14 and 15. Gravel bags per installation instructions are missing. Install the product correctly with manufacturer instructions for them to function correctly.
The SWPPP Book is unavailable at the time of inspection. I am unable to check inspection log.
06/24/2024 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Complete (Recurring) The site looks good. There’s no concerns at this time.
