CONTACT DAVID ROBERTS FOR COMMENTS ON THIS SITE ON 2/28/2023 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN FOUND TO BE INCOMPLETE AT THIS TIME: 1) THE 6” DRAINAGE SWALES THAT WERE CALLED OU AT THE TOP AND BOTTOMS OF THE ROCK SLOPES HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS. PROVIDE THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND APPROVED REVISED DRAWINGS FOR THESE CHANGES. 2) THE DRIVEWAY AND ADJACENT SIDEWALK’S HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SITE. THESE AREAS WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED PRIOR TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS SITE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE AND BUILDING PERMIT. 3) THE SLOPES FROM THE SIDEWALK INTO THE PROPERTY WERE APPROVED TO BE BETWEEN 4.2:1 to 5.2:1, THEY ARE STEEPER AND UNSTABLE IN SOME AREAS. REDO THESE SLOPES OR PROVIDE AN APPROVED DRAWINGS FOR ALL CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS SITE PRIOR TO THE FINAL APPROVAL OF THIS SITE PERMIT/DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE. |
