THE MODIFICATION FOR THIS STRUCTURE HAS TO DEAL WITH THE FACT THAT THE BOLLARDS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BUT DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED DISTANCE FROM THE BACK OF THE BOLLARD TO THE ADJACENT WALL SURFACE. WITH THE MISSING OF THIS CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE BOLLARD MAY ALLOW FOR DAMAGE TO THE WALL IF THE BOLLARD IS STRUCK BY THE TRASH BIN OR THE TRUCK ITSELF.
