DURING THIS INSPECTION IT HAS BEEN NOTED THAT 2 AREAS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED BUT ARE MINOR CHANGES:
1) THE TRASH ENCLOSURE FOR THIS SITE MEETS ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SIZE, HEIGHT, AND MINIMAL INTERIOR CLEARANCE. THE MODIFICATION FOR THIS STRUCTURE HAS TO DEAL WITH THE FACT THAT THE BOLLARDS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BUT DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED DISTANCE FROM THE BACK OF THE BOLLARD TO THE ADJACENT WALL SURFACE. WITH THE MISSING OF THIS CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE BOLLARD MAY ALLOW FOR DAMAGE TO THE WALL IF THE BOLLARD IS STRUCK BY THE TRASH BIN OR THE TRUCK ITSELF. THE CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED TO NOTIFY THE OWNER OF THIS ITEM.
2) THE LONG TERM BICYCLE PARKING SPACE RACKS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE INTERIOR OF THE WAREHOUSE BUT THE OPEN FLOOR SPACE HAS BEEN PROVIDE FOR PARKING. THE DETAILS DO NOT SHOW A PARTICULAR TYPE OF LONG TERM PARKING STRUCTURE/WALL HANGER ON THE PLANS, JUST SHOW A DETAIL FOR SHORT TERM BICYCLE HOOPS. |

Provide documentation to show that enclosure was installed as required per City of Tucson detail 601. Depressed all landscaped areas as shown on approved plans. Landscape areas shall be depressed 6 inches below area inlet. Correct slope discrepancy at ADA parking loading area. Verify slope of concrete at Northwest corner to assure no puddling. Complete irrigation and sewer clean out termination.
