Good Morning Jeff! Starting the week, responding to your message from last week.


Like we had discussed while I was on site last week, and you agreed, the Development Package has to remain open unless the Developer wants to Hydro-seed or place D.G. on all the disturbed Areas per the Unified Development Code. The release of the Assurances is a different matter that must meet the following requirements before it can be considered for closure: 1) To release the Assurances before the Site is Finalized all inspections have to be approved by each of the Departments noting that they have had all there concerns addressed. 2) PDSD will then be placing an Inspection on the Combination Permits for all of the remaining undeveloped lots for the Assurable Items that have not been completed at that time adjacent to each lot. This Inspection will be performed and approved before the Combo Permit can be finalized and Closed.





It is the responsibility of the Developer to ensure that all the site permits have been completed and to have the Subcontractors perform the following: 1) Schedule all the remaining Inspections on the open Permits that have not been previously approved in the past too ensure that all of the work is complete. 2) Submit for the Notice of Termination to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for their approval. 3) remove all remaining Stormwater Controls, and ensure that the site is clean and ready for a full release.


Once they have their Closing Documents from A.D.E.Q. for the Full Closure of the Development Package, the Developer will submit the following items: 1) Approved Plan Revisions(if any), 2) A Certification Letter from the Engineer of Record(if it is required), 3) The Notice of Termination from the State of Arizona. 4) Schedule the Final Inspection of the Site, and meet the Site Inspector on site if it is necessary.

2) CHECK THE TYPE SIZING, AND ORIFICE OF THE OUTLET PIPE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER BASIN TO ENSURE THAT IT HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER THE APPROVED PLANS.
3) CHECK ALL OF THE ROCK RIPRAP SECTIONS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE THE CORRECT SIZE, SIZE AND DEPTH OF ROCK AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS
4) THE COMMON AREA LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THIS SITE IS SHOWN TO HAVE A 5 FOOT WIDE STABALIZED PATH THAT IS SUPPOSE TO MEET THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE STANDARDS OF 5% MAX RUNNING SLOPE AND 2% MAX CROSS SLOPE, THIS HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED AT THIS TIME.
