| 12/11/2014 | The following 10 conditions apply to grading permit for lot 19 (DP14-0221):1)Any remaining assurable items shall be completed prior to release of this CofO, including handplaced rip rap with filter fabric in public slope easement within lot boundary.2)There shall be no disturbance, and that materials and / or construction equipment may not be stockpiled or parked, outside of approved grading limits at any time. 3)All grading construction work shall conform to IBC Chapter 18, City of Tucson DS Sec.11-01, and Hillside Development Zone requirements.4)Any rip rapped slopes shall have handplaced stone with filter fabric per HDZ requirements, unless required to have handplaced grouted rip rap or other slope protection as per geotechnical engineering report or addenda. 5)Any future wall openings shall be provided for surface drainage from yard or patio areas. 6)If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date of the grading permit, contact City of Tucson Development Services Department to renew/extend the Grading Permit. If Final Grading Inspection has not been completed before the Grading Permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required.7)Call for PDSD Engineering Pre-construction meeting and other Inspections. For a PDSD Engineering Inspection, call IVR (740-6970), or schedule with a Customer Service Representative at the Planning & Development Services Department, or contact PDSD Engineering at 837-4888, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html 8)Any revision to the Grading Plan may require a re-submittal of a revised grading plan for review. Contact PDSD Engineering at 791-5550 to discuss changes in grading design.9)If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date of the grading permit, contact PDSD to renew/extend the Grading Permit. If Final Grading Inspection has not been completed before the Grading Permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required. 10)The permitee shall notify the PDSD when the grading operation is ready for final grading inspection. Final grading approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all erosion control measures have been completed in accordance with the approved grading plan and grading permit. |
