11/03/2005 PREVIOUS COMMENT: Revise the landscape plan to eliminate any gaps in screening along Super Chicken Drive, while locating the screening elements behind or within the 3' allowance in the landscape border. LUC 3.7.3.2.CThe previous comment was not fully addressed by the plan revision. Gaps in the required screening are still shown west and east of the driveway along Super Chicken Drive. Revise the plans to locate screen plantings in order to provide continuous screening; screen plantings are to be located behind the street landscape border and may only extend three feet into the 10" buffer. DS 2-06.3.5.A
