C10-04-19 OUR TOWN YOUTH CENTER The applicant's site is an 11,900 square foot lot with an existing structure. The applicant proposes a change of use to a Membership Organization Use. The applicant is requesting the following variances: 1) Reduce the setback from the west lot line from twenty-eight feet six inches (28'6") to zero (0') feet; 2) Reduce the setback from the north lot line from twenty-eight feet six inches (28'6") to seventeen (17') feet; 3) Reduce the number of motor vehicle parking spaces from 171 spaces to 1 space; 4) Delete the one required twelve (12') foot by thirty-five (35') foot loading space; 5) Allow vehicular maneuvering directly into the right of way from the parking/drop off area; 6) Delete street landscape and screen requirements; 7) Delete landscaping in vehicle use areas; and, 8) Delete screening for refuse storage area.
