The applicant's property is a 1,200 square foot lot developed with an existing 990 square foot building approved for café use. The café use of the building was first approved by the Board of Adjustment in 1994 as the former "Veggies on 4th" (Case C10-94-104 August 24, 1994). The Board's 1994 variance approval was conditioned, in part, to a five (5) space parking lease and that no liquor license be obtained for the café. The café's current tenant (the B-Line Restaurant) is requesting the Board's approval to delete the 1994 "no liquor license" condition. The applicant's request requires the following variance; 1) to modify the wording of Condition 'D', in the Board's 1994 Case C10-94-104, that no liquor license be obtained for the café. DECISION: VARIANCE: GRANTED WITH CONDITION. "D" Beer and Wine license only.
