The café use of the building was first approved by the Board of Adjustment in 1994 as the former "Veggies on 4th" (Case C10-94-104 August 24, 1994). The Board's 1994 variance approval was conditioned, in part, to a five (5) space parking lease and that no liquor license be obtained for the café. The café's current tenant (the B-Line Restaurant) is requesting the Board's approval to delete the 1994 "no liquor license" condition. The applicant's request requires the following variance; 1) to modify the wording of Condition 'D', in the Board's 1994 Case C10-94-104, that no liquor license be obtained for the café. DECISION: VARIANCE: GRANTED WITH CONDITION. "D" Beer and Wine license only.
