When it is time for sec. 8 to check the house they spend approx 3 days cleaning and moving huge loads of items including furniture and personal belongings out. the lady returns for the inspection. once the inspection is complete everything and everybody returns. The neighbors on the same street are all aware of the situation and desire for a remedy.
