Residents receiving Sec. 8. There are 20-30+/- people in and out of the house on a weekly basis. There are always different families residing in the residence for approx. 2-3 days then another family comes and stays. the older lady who we believe qualified for sec. 8 is rarely there. their animals and children run all over the streets at all times of day/night. When it is time for sec. 8 to check the house they spend approx 3 days cleaning and moving huge loads of items including furniture and personal belongings out. the lady returns for the inspection. once the inspection is complete everything and everybody returns. The neighbors on the same street are all aware of the situation and desire for a remedy.
