Remove, repair or replace all light fixtures, outlets and switches through out the interior and the exterior of the house. Leave operable and to be secured properly and to have cover plates. The bathroom shower has leaking shower valves and the water is not able to be turned off from dripping. Remove, repair, patch or replace the shower valves to stop the water from running and leave operable. The roof has plastic covering on holes on the roof. Has in the rear of the house plywood that is exposed. Remove and replace with new roof covering to protect from the elements of the weather. Work has been done on the property that requires permits and inspection by Planning and Development Services Department for wood frame storage rooms in rear of the property, electrical work to the main electrical panel has been added and found a permit T99EL00497 that expired and the last inspection was denied. Rear wood frame porches (2) have been added and room to the east of the house has been converted to a separated unit to be rented out. Provide permits and inspection by Planning and Development Services Department for all work done that has not been permitted and not listed on this violation. The breakaway in the bedrooms, device is not able to open due to painted or stucco in place. The breakaway security bars need to be removed or made operable for exiting in a rapid escape in the event of an emergency of a fire.
