I checked to see if I needed a permit in the City of Tucson residential permit site prior to replacing the fence. The new fence is 6'3" around my property and 5' at the front. There is a 5' H x 12'L vehicle gate and a 5'H x 3'L pedestrian gate. I did not know I had to submit a work plan prior to replacing my old fence. I was told by Gerald Goodman to submit a drawing of the fence dimensions and pictures. I want to be in compliance and sincerely request a review of the work.

I did not realize I needed to submit a work plan, as explained by inspector Gerald Goodman. Not realizing this, the fence has been replaced and it is 6'3" high on the east, south and west sides of my home and the front is 5' high. I had to replace the fence as it was over 40 years old and badly damaged.
