We are in the process of selling our home, the buyers inspector suggested TEP come fix wires on roof the connected to power source. TEP pointed out the deterioration of insulation on wires and that it needed to be shut down immediately. The issue was not TEP portion of the wires, the inspector for home buyer made a mistake. We have a somone who is able to do the electrical work , but won't start with out the permit. We need to be moved out of this home by APRIL 18, for new owners. We can't live here with out electricity, and I can't pack our belongings much or prepare home for new owners. Please help me speed this process and understand if there is anything else I need to do. Also I am a renter, my parents own the home. They currently live in Mayo clinic whiel my father is in remission. I spoke to somone in your office today who said it is OK for me to apply for permit , though I am not owner. Thank you all | |
