Our homes are connected (townhomes) two of us have tried to help a neighbor who is living in a hoard, that is trash, rotting food, feces, urine etc. (has been accumulating for three years) The police and fire department have visited as has APS, and they wrote a report nothing has been done. We do not know if he has water however, the does have electricity. Toilets are covered with urine and feces. This home stinks to high heaven and you can smell it immolating from the front gate and garage (if open). The homeowners association has told me that it is none of our business what he does in his home. We have been told to leave him alone. This man has no one, no family, no friends. Jerri's cleaning service did a contract but the Treasurer of the association took it from this man. Please help us, this smell is going to go into the homes on each side.
