The current use is the 309 bed Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital and related medical and office uses with an existing gross floor area of approximately 650,000 square feet on the 54.7 acre campus. The Planned Area Development (PAD) proposes the expansion of the hospital campus with approximately 350,000 square feet of new uses including medical services, administrative and professional offices, and parking garages. Proposed building heights are based on the distance from adjacent residential development and vary from twenty-five (25) feet along portions of the north and east perimeter property boundaries to a maximum of ninety (90) feet in the interior of the PAD. Total build out of the site would be approximately 1,000,000 square feet. |
